We are searching for a Payroll Specialist
This position is based at our friendly office in Roskilde, and you will join our People Data & Payroll team. The payroll team in Denmark consist of three other experienced Payroll Specialists who support our organization with all payroll related matters. They work close with a designated business partner for a specific area of the organization and keep their part of the organization updated on everything from vacation rules, collective agreement and ad hoc statistics and reports. Furthermore, seven colleagues in bec Poland, are covering people data, people insights, payroll and related HR admin.
The positions offer an opportunity to grow and take part in the transformation of vital HR processes. I addition to smooth operations we are focused on data quality and flow. You need to enjoy working in different kind of systems and have a proactive mindset. At bec, we work in a hybrid remote model, coming into the office an average of 3 days a week and working remotely for 2 days. Your direct manager will be Birgitte Kryger Rasmussen
Primary task and responsibilities include:
- Running the payroll together with your colleagues
- Participating in projects for improving data quality and flow
- Administer according to the collective bargaining agreement in collaboration with HR legal partner.
